Introduction
In Get to Know Check-Ins we introduced the concept of what a Check-In is and what it can do for your business relationships. In this article we will discuss the components of the Check-Ins Dashboard and how to use it effectively.
From this screen you have the ability to do multiple things. You have the ability to not only Create a check-in, but you can review any check-ins you need to complete and submit, review check-ins submitted to you by others or view the metrics on the overall status of your yourself, your company, your staff or your customer base.
Components
Above you see 4 cards, depending on the brand and your security level the verbiage will change. The first card is your submission average, the system will take your vote submissions on how you feel the week went and average the vote submissions. For example if you have three 5's and three 4's this would equal to 4.5 as your average. Each card will average out the check-ins either submitted by you or to you, if you send these to your staff and/or your customer base.
